Phil Bellamy

Phil trained with Myers Mocton & Levy, one of the five firms which merged to form Rowlands in 1969. He served as Finance Partner for five years and Senior Partner for 10 years. He was a Partner at Rowlands Field Cunningham until the firm was acquired by Linder Myers in 2011.

Phil has experience in all aspects of commercial property including complex transactions and has acted on several thousand cases. He specialises in the following:

• Acting for individual investor clients working closely with surveyors and property managers
• Supporting corporate clients in the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses and deals with business relocation projects including sales and leasebacks.

Memberships: Phil is a member of The Law Society, The St James’s Club and The Primary Club.

Phil is a lifelong supporter of Manchester City Football Club and member of Lancashire County Cricket Club. Although a City fan Phil is solicitor to the Association of Former Manchester United Players.
