Donnelly & Elliott and Verisona Ltd.

As you may already be aware, as of 1st August Donnelly & Elliott officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of Verisona Limited, and as you would expect, Verisona Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 494891).

Known locally as Verisona Law, the business was launched in October 2008, and was the result of a merger between two high street practices – Dyer Burdett and Gray Purdue.  Since then, Verisona has established itself as a leading legal practice in Hampshire, with its offices in Waterlooville and at 1000 Lakeside, Portsmouth.

We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that it will be very much business as usual.  We will continue to trade as Donnelly & Elliott, and we hope we shall have the opportunity of working with you over many more years to come.
