View StatementLinder Myers detected a cybersecurity incident on 13th December. Whilst we acted quickly to limit impact and restore our services, our IT team, together with external forensic IT experts, have confirmed that certain personally identifiable information has been exfiltrated.
The investigation is still ongoing and, in consideration of our legal and regulatory obligations, individuals that have been affected will be contacted in due course.
We are deeply sorry for this incident and are working non-stop to protect and support our clients. We take the security of our clients’ data incredibly seriously and thank our clients for their patience and understanding at this stage.
